On behalf of SIPTU and the Board of Ideas Institute I would like to welcome you to our online home.

Ideas Institute was established to meet a specific strategic need that had been identified by SIPTU members and conveyed to the National Executive Council of SIPTU. Since its inception Ideas has contributed enormously to meeting the needs of workers and employers alike.
